LOS ANGELES – Stars and filmmakers, including Romnick Sarmenta, Enchong Dee, Kaladkaren and Eisel Serrano, were in Los Angeles for the launch of the inaugural Manila International Film Festival (MIFF) at the Directors Guild of America (DGA) last Thursday, November 2.
